The Bible is an amazing book (actually a collection of 66 books) written by over 40 authors. Those authors included kings, peasants, doctors, fishermen, princes, shepherds, poets, labourers, rich, poor, educated and illiterate all writing over a 1,600 year time period. Desite this, it is 100% consistent in its message and explains why we are here, how we came to exist, why we die and God’s grand plan. It also explains how you can be part of God’s grand plan. It even outlines in incredible detail what the future holds for all countries of this world.
The truth of the Bible’s message can be supported by other historical writings, bible prophecies (predictions of the future subsequently fulfilled e.g. the return of the Jews, God’s people, to Israel), archaeology (a recent discovery being the site of Sodom), its own incredible internal consistency (an inhuman feat) and its morality.
